• Collaborate with our client and suppliers to develop configurations (services, software, hardware, and facilities, as needed) that meet requirements more effectively and efficiently than alternatives can.

• Integrate, test, and deliver the upgrade.

• Provide a single point of accountability and first-line support for the integrated upgrade throughout its operational lifecycle, from provisioning to production to decommissioning.
