GraphStream's support capabilities are enabled by our strong in-house systems engineering team, and direct support relationships with key service, software, and hardware component suppliers, many of which have facilities located close to GraphStream's headquarters in Silicon Valley.
GraphStream offers a range of support options for mission-critical system deployments. Available services can cover both GraphStream and non-GraphStream systems, and include:
- Off-site support via phone and email, with service-level options up to 24x365, initial response within 1 hour after request. Every support request is dispatched directly to a highly qualified systems engineer.
- Cross-Ship Advance Replacement for Field-Replaceable Unit (FRU) hardware components.
- On-site FRU replacement-part kits.
- On-site diagnose/repair support, with service-level options up to 24x365, technician arrival on-site within 4 hours after dispatch. This service is available in more than 50 countries, via GraphStream's network of support partners.
- On-site support technicians with clearances required for secure government facilities.
